Cancelling your place

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellation requests should be sent using the contact details in your booking confirmation.

Transfers and credits

Where space allows, we will do our best to move your booking to another SkillClass workshop or offer a booking credit. Transfers are subject to availability and may require any difference in workshop price to be paid.

Refunds

For cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop, we offer a full refund. For cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the workshop, we offer a 50% refund or a transfer where available. Within 7 days, bookings are non-refundable, though you may transfer your place to another person with our approval.

If SkillClass cancels

If we cancel a workshop, you may choose a full refund or a place on a rescheduled or alternative session. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs arranged independently.
