Workshop bookings

By booking a SkillClass workshop, you reserve a place in a scheduled learning session led by an independent instructor or SkillClass team member. A booking is confirmed once payment has been accepted and you receive a confirmation email.

Your participation

Workshops are designed for respectful, practical learning. Please arrive on time, follow venue and safety guidance, and treat instructors, guests, and fellow participants with care. We may ask a participant to leave if their conduct prevents others from taking part safely or comfortably.

Changes to a workshop

Occasionally we may need to change an instructor, venue, timing, or workshop format. If a session is cancelled by SkillClass, you may choose a transfer to another available session or a full refund of the booking price.

Materials and outcomes

Any notes, templates, or materials shared during a workshop are for your personal learning use unless we state otherwise. Workshop outcomes depend on each participant’s experience and engagement; SkillClass does not guarantee a particular commercial, professional, or creative result.
